By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Warranty Policy.

Products, Customization, and Order Responsibility

FEIFAN CASA sells living room furniture, including functional sofas, electric recliners, modular sofas, two-seat sofas, and related furniture. Some products are made to order or prepared according to customer-selected specifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information before purchase, including size, dimensions, material, color, configuration, function, care requirements, delivery method, and access requirements.

Order Acceptance

After an order is placed, the customer may receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean the order has been accepted unconditionally. FEIFAN CASA reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or adjust orders due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, production limitations, shipping restrictions, payment problems, incomplete information, or other reasonable business reasons.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice. Payment must be completed using the payment methods available at checkout. Card payments and electronic payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

If pricing, product information, or availability errors occur, we may correct the error and cancel or adjust the order where necessary.

Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Production and delivery are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Production and delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by material availability, factory schedule, customs clearance, freight providers, port conditions, local carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure that the delivery location can receive large furniture items. Additional costs caused by failed delivery, restricted access, redelivery, storage, or customer-provided incorrect information may be charged to the customer.

Inspection and Acceptance

Customers should inspect products promptly upon delivery. Damage, missing parts, or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos, including packaging evidence. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.

Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Product warranty is subject to our Warranty Policy.

Due to the made-to-order or customized nature of many products, orders may not be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production or customization has started, except where required by law or where a valid defect or damage claim is approved.

Product Information and Variations

We aim to display product descriptions, images, prices, colors, dimensions, materials, and specifications accurately. However, minor variations may occur due to photography, lighting, screen display, handmade production, material batches, natural material characteristics, manual measurement, or product updates. Such variations are not considered defects.

Website Use

Customers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, submit false information, upload harmful content, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, text, logos, product presentation, design elements, branding, layout, graphics, and other materials, belongs to FEIFAN CASA, HK FF TRADING COMPANY LIMITED, or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FEIFAN CASA and HK FF TRADING COMPANY LIMITED are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, delivery delays, customs delays, or inability to use the product.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
