Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases from https://feifancasa.com. FEIFAN CASA is operated by HK FF TRADING COMPANY LIMITED.

Made-to-Order and Customized Furniture

Many FEIFAN CASA products are made to order or prepared according to customer-selected specifications, including size, material, color, configuration, function, and finish. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, measurements, materials, delivery access, and order information before confirming a purchase.

Return Window

For eligible non-customized products, customers may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Return requests must be submitted to hello@feifancasa.com before any item is sent back.

Returns sent without prior written approval may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless the product arrives defective or significantly damaged in transit, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Made-to-order products
  • Customized products
  • Products with selected or customized size, material, color, configuration, function, or finish
  • Clearance, final sale, sample, or swatch items
  • Products that have been assembled, installed, modified, used, stained, damaged, or improperly stored after delivery
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories, parts, manuals, or documents
  • Returns caused by change of mind, incorrect selection, personal preference, comfort preference, size choice, or inability to fit through the delivery path
  • Items returned without authorization

Return Conditions

Approved return products must be unused, clean, complete, in original condition, and in original packaging where possible. Products must be free from stains, odors, pet hair, damage, installation marks, or signs of use.

Order Changes and Cancellation

Requests for order changes or cancellation should be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.

If cancellation is approved before production, material preparation, or shipment begins, a processing fee may be deducted to cover administrative, payment processing, material preparation, and operational costs.

Once production, customization, material cutting, packing, or shipment has started, cancellation may not be accepted.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available where required by law or where FEIFAN CASA approves the refund after review. Refunds may be considered for:

  • Approved cancellation before production or shipment
  • Verified manufacturing defect
  • Verified shipping damage reported within 48 hours after delivery
  • Confirmed inability to fulfill the order

All refunds are subject to review and approval.

Non-Refundable Fees

Unless required by law or caused by FEIFAN CASA error, the following may be non-refundable:

  • Original shipping fees
  • Return shipping costs
  • Payment processing fees
  • Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local charges
  • Special delivery, storage, redelivery, handling, or oversized-item fees
  • Costs already incurred for customized or made-to-order production

Defects, Damage, and Resolution

If the product arrives damaged or defective, contact hello@feifancasa.com within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, photos or videos of packaging, photos or videos of the product issue, and a description of the problem.

If a claim is verified, FEIFAN CASA may determine an appropriate resolution based on the issue. This may include repair guidance, replacement parts, partial refund, replacement of affected components, product replacement, return approval, or another reasonable remedy.

A full refund will generally only be considered where the product is verified to be structurally defective, unusable, or where no reasonable repair or replacement solution is available.

Product Variations

Minor variations in color, texture, firmness, finish, stitching, leather grain, fabric appearance, cushion feel, dimensions, or product appearance may occur due to material characteristics, batch differences, lighting, photography, screen display, handmade production, or normal manufacturing tolerance. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider, card issuer, or bank. FEIFAN CASA is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banks.
