Warranty Policy

Effective Date: August 21, 2026

This Warranty Policy applies to eligible FEIFAN CASA furniture purchased directly from https://feifancasa.com. FEIFAN CASA is operated by HK FF TRADING COMPANY LIMITED.

Warranty Coverage Period

Unless a product page states otherwise, FEIFAN CASA provides the following limited warranty for normal residential use:

• Frame and internal structure: 1 year from delivery date
• Reclining mechanism, electric motors, control buttons, movable mechanisms, and functional hardware: 1 year from delivery date
• Foam, fiber filling, springs, suspension, stitching, zippers, fasteners, legs, sliders, drawers, and other non-electric components: 1 year from delivery date
• Upholstery fabric, leather, covers, and exterior finish against manufacturing defects: 6 months from delivery date

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

What Is Covered

This limited warranty may cover:

• Internal frame or joint manufacturing defects
• Failure of reclining, electric, or extension mechanisms caused by manufacturing defects
• Motor, controller, or functional hardware defects caused by workmanship
• Stitching separation or upholstery workmanship defects present under normal use
• Cushion or foam deformation caused by manufacturing defects and not normal wear
• Missing or defective parts reported promptly after delivery

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Fabric pilling, color fading, leather creasing, natural leather grain, cushion softening, or normal compression over time
• Minor color, texture, firmness, or finish variations between batches, photos, screens, or material samples
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper assembly, improper cleaning, improper moving, pets, sharp objects, moisture, heat, sunlight, chemicals, fire, water, unstable voltage, power surge, or external impact
• Damage caused by commercial, rental, outdoor, or non-residential use unless agreed in writing
• Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, third-party assembly, or improper installation
• Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions
• Customer preference issues, including comfort feel, size choice, layout suitability, or change of mind
• Shipping, customs, installation, labor, or incidental costs unless expressly agreed by FEIFAN CASA in writing

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, contact hello@feifancasa.com with:

• Order number
• Customer name and contact information
• Short description of the issue
• Photos and videos clearly showing the issue
• Photos of the full product and affected area
• Proof of delivery date
• Any relevant maintenance, cleaning, or installation information

Our after-sales team will review the claim and usually respond within 3-5 business days after receiving complete information.

Warranty Remedies

If a warranty claim is approved, FEIFAN CASA may, at its discretion, provide repair guidance, replacement parts, remote video support, partial refund, replacement of affected components, product replacement, or another reasonable solution.

The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Replacement parts or repaired products do not restart the warranty period unless required by law.

After-Warranty Support

After the warranty period ends, FEIFAN CASA may continue to provide paid support, replacement parts, or repair guidance where parts are available. Any cost will be confirmed before service is arranged.
