Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
How to Start a Return
Email us at returns@feifancasa.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Conditions
- Items must be unassembled or in original assembled condition.
- Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item, issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
